Who we are

CSuits (csuits.co.za) is a South African online menswear retailer, based in Cape Town and delivering nationwide. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

Order details: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number — needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal record-keeping duties.

Sizing information you share on WhatsApp (chest, waist, height) — used only to recommend your fit.

Payment information is processed by our payment providers. CSuits never sees, stores or transmits your card details.

Site analytics (via consented cookies): pages visited, device type and how you found us — used to improve the store.

How we use it

To size, confirm, deliver and support your order — including WhatsApp and email updates about it.

Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and every one includes a working unsubscribe. Consent is never pre-ticked.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store — couriers, payment gateways and hosting — under contract, and only what each needs.

How we protect it

Traffic to csuits.co.za is encrypted (HTTPS). Order data is stored on access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure with least-privilege access for our small team.

We keep order records only as long as tax and consumer law requires, then delete them.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where the law doesn't require us to keep it). You may object to direct marketing at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email our Information Officer at privacy@csuits.co.za or WhatsApp us. We respond within a reasonable time, and you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za) if you're not satisfied.
